Rates
$90 per 50-minute session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available.

Payment
Payment may be made either on a weekly or a monthly basis. Monthly bills need to be paid within 15 days of receipt. Checks should be made payable to the Limina Institue.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time has been reserved for you, so if you do not come for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. There is no charge though if you cannot come because of an emergency or sickness.
